How to Use Your Inhaler
Using your inhaler correctly is critical to controlling your asthma and most people have poor technique. These excellent videos from Asthma UK show the correct technique. Make sure you get the correct video for your inhaler.
If you have a pMDI inhaler (the L-shaped one with a metal canister which you press), you should always use a spacer . If you have not got a spacer, you can ask your practice nurse or GP to prescribe one.
